BMM Testlabs is pleased to announce that Jodi DiLascio, Director, Tribal Gaming will be a keynote speaker at the Women in Tribal Gaming Symposium on Monday, February 13, 2017 at the Morongo Casino in Cabazon, California.
As a woman with three decades of experience in the gaming industry, DiLascio was invited by the Tribal Gaming Protection Network (TGPN) to speak at the Women in Tribal Gaming Symposium. The symposium was created to recognize and support tribal women in gaming and to help provide an understanding of the obstacles they face in their roles.
“I am humbled to have been invited to share the story of my thirty-plus year career in the gaming industry. Through sharing the stories of our journeys, it is my hope that we can help to smooth out some of the bumps in the road that our next generation of sisters are walking right now. The Symposium aims to share women’s experiences of how we’ve been able to successfully create and sustain a place of joy to work and prosper in,” said DiLascio.
DiLascio will share insights of her experiences she faced as a young woman to approximately 200 tribal attendees ranging from Tribal Councils to Gaming Commissions, Tribal Governments and Casino Operations.
The Women in Tribal Gaming Symposium takes place on Monday, February 13, 2017 from 9am to 5pm at the Morongo Casino in Cabazon, California.
