Anna Fernando, Senior Vice President Operations, Australia Asia Pacific, is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service Delivery teams in Australia, Singapore and Macau.
Anna has been with BMM for 30 years and has performed roles in Practice Management, Information Technology and Human Resource before moving to Service Delivery and then Operations. Anna ensures that the Service Delivery team meet customer deadlines, satisfy quality and regulatory requirements and operates efficiently.
Anna holds a degree in Computer Science from Monash University as well as a Masters of Business Administration from La Trobe University.
